Everybody, regardless of age, occasionally yearns for a Big Mac. After a night out, picture how pleasant it would be to treat yourself to one of these delicious burgers.

Even if it’s convenient to pull up to a McDonald’s drive-thru, we might be reluctant to do so now that an employee has revealed certain facts that gave many folks the chills.

User @secretfitzz said on TikTok, where she divulges certain trade secrets, that the restaurant takes screenshots in secret and that nobody knows about it. The user continued by saying that staff members listen to what customers have to say.

“The fact that folks don’t know we can hear your convos even when we aren’t speaking to you processing your order,” is revealed in the TikTok video.

We also have a camera at the speaker that takes a photo of you so we can identify whose order it is.

For her, the best part of her workday is “looking at the mugshots of weird people.”

Undoubtedly, many individuals were outraged and upset by this news.

Naturally, we have no means of knowing for sure if this is true, but the idea itself unnerves us.

One person quipped, “How can you hear my convo when you can’t hear me shouting into the mic from 5cm away?” Another said, “If this is real, I’m never going again.”
