Buckingham Palace announced this news.The transfer will officially happen on May 13 at the Army Aviation Centre in Middle Wallop.In August 2023, after the King became the ruler, he happily declared military appointments, which included the Prince of Wales being appointed as the Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps. This position was previously held by the King himself, when he was the Prince of Wales, for a period of 31 years.Prince Harry completed two tours in Afghanistan with the British Army and spent a decade working for the Armed Forces. In 2015, he decided to step away from his operational responsibilities.Despite ongoing speculation about the title and its timing, it is doubtful that we will ever have a complete understanding of what occurred privately. While a division remains within the family, it is optimistic to anticipate that they can address numerous concerns considering the health difficulties the royal family is currently confronting.
